Nickel-plated wire, also known as silver-plated copper wire or silver-plated round copper wire, is made of oxygen-free copper wire and low-oxygen copper wire after being plated with silver, and then thinned by a wire drawing machine. Nickel-plated copper wire is divided into nickel-plated soft round copper wire (TRY) and nickel-plated hard round copper wire. Nickel-plated soft round copper wire is annealed to change its physical properties to achieve the purpose of softening. The plating layer of the nickel-plated copper wire produced by our company is continuously and firmly attached to the surface of the conductor, and the surface of the sample does not become black after the sample. The surface of the nickel-plated coating is smooth and continuous, without silver particles, burrs, mechanical damage and other harmful defects.
